Turnaround Time:

  • Lists are typically processed within 2-3 business days

Monthly Credit Allowance:

  • Tier 1 - 30,000 records [Skip Rate: $0.0175/Match Credit]

  • Tier 2 - 60,000 records [Skip Rate: $0.0167/Match Credit]

  • Tier 3 - 90,000 records [Skip Rate: $0.0139/Match Credit]

  • Tier 4 - 120,000 records [Skip Rate: $0.0125/Match Credit]

1 contact match for phone, email, or demographic information = 1 credit. Overage credits will be billed by tier overage rate.

Onboarding & Setup: Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a separate email with onboarding instructions and a brief questionnaire to help tailor your service. Onboarding takes up to 2 weeks. A one-time setup investment of $500 will be billed separately to configure your account, customize data field preferences to integrate with your specific CRM and marketing channel platforms.

Tier Overage Rate: If you exceed your monthly credit allowance, any additional match credits will be billed at your plan’s overage rate. This rate includes the standard skip tracing cost plus a labor fee of $0.0100 per credit. For example (Tier 1): If your skip tracing cost is $0.0175 per credit, your overage rate would be $0.0275 per credit ($0.0175 + $0.0100). So, if you went over by 5,000 credits, the overage cost would be $141.50. If you find you’re going over your limit often, we’ll work with you to adjust your plan so you get the most cost-effective option for your volume.
