We offer three options:

• Hourly Consulting — $150/hour, invoiced Net 10.

• Monthly Retainers — $4,500/month, covering 40 hours (≈ 8–10 hours/week). Prepaid each month, with occasional overages absorbed. If workloads consistently exceed 40 hours, we revisit the agreement. Hours do not roll over.

• Project-Based Quotes — Upfront estimates based on scope. Final billing may exceed estimates if scope expands; updated estimates are provided in writing.

Retainers lower the effective hourly rate ($112.50/hr vs. $150/hr) and are ideal for ongoing partnerships where we act as an integrated part of your operations

No. All payments are non-refundable. If Terra Data makes an error in our own work, we correct it at no cost through additional consulting hours.

No. When needed, we perform list preparation and skip tracing inside client-owned accounts only.

• Maintain and fund your third-party accounts (CRMs, dialers, skip tracing, property data tools).

• Ensure compliance with laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, DNC, privacy).

• Provide compliance scrub tools if needed.

• Retain final authority on business and marketing decisions.

• Execute outbound campaigns.

Examples include strategy docs, dashboards, trackers, automations, AI tools, campaign-ready lists, and CRM structures. All are tailored to client needs.
