We offer three options:

• Hourly Consulting — $150/hour, invoiced Net 10.

• Data Processing — $75/hour, invoiced Net 10.

• Monthly Retainers — $100/hr, covering a predetermined number of hours that fit your needs. Prepaid each month, with occasional overages absorbed. If workloads consistently exceeds the set hours, we revisit the agreement. Hours do not roll over.

• Project-Based Quotes — Upfront estimates based on scope. Final billing may exceed estimates if scope expands; updated estimates are provided in writing.

Retainers lower the effective hourly rate ($100/hr vs. $150/hr) and are ideal for ongoing partnerships where we act as an integrated part of your operations

No. All payments are non-refundable. If Terra Data makes an error in our own work, we correct it at no cost through additional consulting hours.

• Retain final authority on business and marketing decisions.
