Pricing

Fixed-fee projects are priced individually based on the actual scope and requirements of the engagement.

Factors may include the complexity of the work, systems and data involved, research and implementation requirements, expected deliverables, testing and quality assurance, communication requirements, and other material project needs.

Once the scope and fixed project price are established, normal differences between the time anticipated and the time actually required do not change the project fee. Material changes to the agreed scope may require revised pricing, timing, or other project terms.

Not every business problem needs a large project.

Hourly consulting is available for targeted, limited, exploratory, or unpredictable needs where a separately defined fixed-fee project may not be necessary.

Terra Data offers customized ongoing engagements for clients with legitimate recurring consulting or operational needs. These arrangements are built around the work your business actually requires rather than a standard retainer package or predetermined bank of hours.

An ongoing engagement may include a combination of:

Ongoing consulting does not provide unlimited access to Terra Data services. Work materially outside the agreed recurring scope may be handled separately as hourly consulting, a fixed-fee project, or an agreed modification to the ongoing engagement.

The presence of data does not automatically make an engagement data processing. Work requiring substantive analysis, professional judgment, strategy, systems design, automation development, or other consulting expertise is generally treated as professional consulting.
