Pricing: Project-based work is billed hourly at $150/hour, with a scoped estimate of hours provided before we begin. Ballpark estimates for typical projects:
CRM Migration: 60–120 hours
Marketing Audit: 5–15 hours
Lead & Buyer Analysis: 15–25 hours
Custom Automation Development: 20–40 hours
These ranges are very rough estimates. Every engagement is different, and formal quotes are created case-by-case based on your exact requirements.

Marketing finance monitoring to track budgets, spending, and performance.
Ongoing development and maintenance of automations & AI tools that eliminate repetitive tasks.

Occasional overages are absorbed. If consistent overages occur, we’ll have a conversation on a case-by-case basis, which may result in an adjustment to the retainer cost.

All skip tracing and property record exports are performed inside client-owned accounts so you retain control and visibility.
